I’m the kind of person who needs some tough love and needs to be held accountable for not working out and doing my diet. I need someone to be like, did you workout today? No? Then lets go for a walk right now.

Hey everyone! Summer is here and I’m trying to stick with my diet. It’s hard when there’s bonfires and smores and movies and popcorn. Ugh. I did go for a bike ride with my dad yesterday for a couple miles. That counts for something, right?

I’m maintaining my weight right now. I haven’t been working out but I’ve been eating decent, at least not over eating. I’m going back to low carb. It’s the only thing which really worked well for me. I’m driving myself crazy switching to different crap, trying to lose more weight. AHHH! I’m happy with my body but I just want to become more fit.
went biking for six miles today with some friends… but then got taco tuesday afterward. Those just cancel each other out, right?
I’ve been doing turbofire for almost four weeks now and I haven’t seen much results. I know I just have to keep pushing and eat better. It’s just kind of disappointing.

Didn’t lose much weight this week but lost some inches. I need to clean up my eating a little bit more and definitely keep up with turbofire… Which I love!
