So I’ve been getting the worst calf pain when I’m running. It’s really bad and makes me want to stop completely. The minute I finish my run, the pain goes away. It only comes back when I start running again. I know my form isn’t perfect because I’m just starting out but I’m hoping if I keep running the pain will disappear. I also have been running in shoes I’ve had for over a year now. I think it’s time for some new shoes.
