I’ve been experiencing symptoms of ketosis for over a week and a half now and it kind of sucks. It’s going to be different for everyone but most of the time I’m feeling weak, tired, and dizzy. It comes and goes but the thing that is most annoying is the pain. It isn’t really a kind of hurt pain but more of a soreness though I do not exercise. I just have to take this soreness as a sign that my body is burning fat. I can’t wait until I get into that stage where my body has more energy.
Ketosis is a pain in the butt
